Design inspired after the Cloister Hotel, the condo has dark, rich hardwood floors and travertine stone in the large kitchen and dining room. You won't find carpet in this high end vacation space. The living room is decorated in elegant beach decor around a stone, remote control, electric fireplace that dazzles the eyes as the LED colors and effects can be changed with the push of button and can put out heat or no heat. There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and a 50 inch 4k UHD Roku TV in the living room. Free wireless internet is provided and is 75 megabytes per second so downloading your favorite movie or TV shows is fast and easy. The kitchen is large and is fully stocked to cook anything from breakfast to a gourmet meal. The microwave and dishwasher are new and the kitchen looks out over the pool and tennis court of our neighbor condo complex. Egret's Landing is a very clean, beautiful and comfortable 3 bedroom home in a quiet residential neighborhood. A grocery store, CVS and several other stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The beach and "The Village" are only 4 miles away by bike or car. It is easy to get on and off the island as we are located very close to one of the roads connecting to the mainland. The small grassy area and deck are completely fenced in. Up to 2 small dogs are considered, please contact us regarding the fur friends you would like to travel with. There is a pet fee of $100 per dog per stay. A pack and play (portable child's crib/playpen) is available upon request for your child. Our neighborhood is eclectic, relaxed and friendly. At night it is quiet and very dark! You will find lots of locals walking their dogs around the neighborhood and many people will stop and chat. The house has 1 bedroom and 1 unattached bathroom on the main floor. Upstairs are two smaller bedrooms and a full bathroom. In the back there is a deck and a small grassy pet area. There is also a back building which is our office and repair shop that we access through a separate entrance, sometimes you may see us walk by. The side grassy area is county property and occasionally you will also see people walking through there. The house is about 1200 square feet and although there are beds enough for 6, we prefer not to have more than 5 guests so that everyone is comfortable. Also, we like to respect our neighbors and no more than 2 vehicles per reservation are allowed. We provide almost everything you need except food, clothes and some toiletries! You will find dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner upstairs and downstairs. There is an extra blanket in every room and fans and space heaters just in case your ideal temperature is not the same as the rest of your group! The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, serving dishes, knives and a variety of kitchen accessories. There are plenty of towels and 6 beach towels - but you will need to bring your own beach chairs if you want them. We do not accept date changes for your reservation as this booking platform keeps all fees originally charged, even if the dollar amount of your trip is reduced. The kitchen is large and has a bar with cooktop so you can serve up food to your family or friends right onto the bar. It is fully stocked with everything you are used to having at home. We have TV's in the living area and master bedroom with cable and wireless internet connection.
